This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of my knowledge at the time of sale. To validate the health of the pup, as well as to ensure proper immediate necessary vaccinations, the BUYER must have the pup examined by a liscensed veterinarian within three regular business days following the date of this sales contract. If the veterinarian finds this pup to have a congenital defect, (excluding fleas, ear-mites, worms, stress, coccidia, kennel cough, or any physical infraction caused after the dog has left these premesis), it will be exchanged for another, providing a letter from the examining veterinarian is offered, within one day of the three day period. Replacement is contingent on availability.
No puppy will be held without a non-refundable deposit. If this puppy is not picked up on time, there will be a $5.00 per day boarding fee. All rights of the puppy are forfeited after 3 days of no pickup and the puppy can be sold if not picked up by the date indicated below. Money placed on deposit is forfeited and is not refundable.

I, Connie Ross, the SELLER, assume no responsibility for this pup after leaving the premesis; medical expenses, mortality, landlord's disapproval, allergy, or for any other reason. I recommend you have your puppy checked right away, including a stool sample, as stress can trigger many things. Your puppy is pet quality. Money refunds will not be made under any circumstances.
The BUYER AGREES to offer this Toy Fox Terrier at no cost to the SELLER if he/she cannot keep the dog for any reason during its lifetime. The SELLER reserves the right to refuse the return of the dog.
The BUYER AGREES that they will never place this dog, or any of its offspring should it be used for breeding, in any pet store or other public-sales situation. I suggest you read a good book on raising a puppy, as well as read materials concerning the Toy Fox Terrier Breed. Unfortunately, some people do not take good care of their puppy, so I don't and cannot give any guarantees other than the above.
This agreement represents the entire agreement between the Buyer and Seller. No other agreements or promises, verbal or implied, are included unless specifically stated in this written agreement.
